Защищенная занятость:опыт и планирование

NGO “BelAPDIiMI” is a founder of 4 enterprises: “Road to Life” (Stolin city), ArtIdea (Minsk city), “Baran Arabesques” (Baran city), “My Perspective” (Luninets city). Legal enterprises are commercial, but in fact they are social, where conditions for protected employment are created for people with disabilities who are unable to compete in the open labor market. An outreach training activity on sharing work experience and long-term planning was held within the framework of the project “Your chance” for employees and managers of enterprises of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” onApril 4-10, 2016. Representatives from Molodechno, Gomel and Grodno also could attend it. Probably in the near future new enterprises of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” will appear in these cities.

All the activities were held in the children’s rehabilitation and recuperation center “Nadezda” – one of the best places in Belarus where a barrier-free environment is organized, all necessary conditions for comfortable living and carrying out leisure activities are created.

Participants – 36 people – every day got acquainted with new types of production and creative activity. Workshops were held on: work with clay, cloth, paper. The staff presented work of the enterprises.

For example, Stas Karbanovich and his colleagues from Production and Trade Unitary Enterprise “ArtIdea” showed presentation “My personal experience on education” and demonstrated production of the enterprise, answered numerous questions of the audience. Specialists from Molodechno and Gomel will arrive to Minsk in the near future to get acquainted with the activity of the enterprise.

Today there are a lot of environmental problems in the world, beginning from disappearance of some species of plants and animals, ending with threat of degeneration of the human race. There are many theories where a lot of attention is paid to finding the most efficient ways of their solving. A special guest – Oleg Sivograkov – lecturer of the International State Ecological Institute named after A. D. Sakharov BSU – spoke with this theme before the participants.

3 clients of territorial center of social services of Vilejka city have been employed to the children’s rehabilitation and recuperation center “Nadezda”since January of this year. During their employment specialists of the social center used a model of assisted employment. The peculiarity of Vileika experience is that young people working in one place support each other. And assistance is made directly at the work place – by their colleagues.

Every month several hundred of children from all over Belarus improve their health in the center. Our participants from Molodechno – collective of noise instruments “Mood” – “got” the real ovations in one of the evenings at the concert playing a potpourri of Belarusian national songs.

ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» является учредителем 4-х предприятий: «Дорога в жизнь» (г. Столин), АртИдея (г. Минск), «Бараньские Арабески» (г. Барань), «Моя перспектива» (г. Лунинец). Предприятия де юре коммерческие, а по факту являются социальными, где созданы условия для защищенной занятости людей с инвалидностью, не способных конкурировать на свободном рынке труда. В рамках проекта «Твой шанс» для сотрудников и руководителей предприятий ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» 4-10 апреля 2016 г. был проведено выездное обучающее мероприятие по обмену опытом работы и перспективному планированию. В нем также смогли принять участие представители из Молодечно, Гомеля и Гродно. Возможно, в ближайшем будущем именно в этих городах появятся новые предприятия ОО «БелАПДИиМИ».

Все мероприятия проходили в ДРОЦ «Надежда» – одном из самых лучших мест Беларуси, где организована безбарьерная среда, созданы все необходимые условия для комфортного проживания и проведения досуговых мероприятий.

Участники – 36 человек – каждый день знакомились с новыми видами производственной и творческой деятельности. Проводились мастер-классы по: работе с глиной, тканью, бумагой. Сотрудники презентовали работу предприятий.

Например, Стас Карбанович и его коллеги из ПТУП «АртИдея» показали презентацию «Мой личный опыт по образованию» и продемонстрировали продукцию предприятия, ответили на многочисленные вопросы слушателей. И уже в ближайшем будущем в Минск приедут специалисты из Молодечно и Гомеля с тем, чтобы поближе познакомиться с деятельностью предприятия.

На сегодняшний день в мире существует много экологических проблем, начиная от исчезновения некоторых видов растений и животных, заканчивая угрозой вырождения человеческой расы. Существует много теорий, в которых большое внимание уделяется нахождению наиболее рациональных путей их решения. С этой темой перед участниками выступил специальный гость – Олег Сивограков – преподаватель Международного государственного экологического института им. А.Д. Сахарова БГУ.

В ДРОЦ «Надежда» с января этого работа трудоустроены 3 клиента ТЦСОН г. Вилейки. При их трудоустройстве специалисты социального центра использовали модель сопровождаемого трудоустройства. Особенность опыта Вилейки состоит в том, что молодые люди, работая в одном месте, поддерживают друг друга. А сопровождение осуществляется непосредственно на месте работы – их коллегами.

В центре ежемесячно оздоравливаются несколько сотен детей со всей Беларуси. Наши участники из Молодечно – коллектив шумовых инструментов «Настроение» – «сорвали» настоящие овации в один из вечеров на концерте, сыграв попурри из белорусских национальных песен.
