Рабочая встреча в Сморгони
A working meeting on study experience of the tourist meetings of Smorgon primary organization “Light of Hope” of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” was held within the framework of the project “Equal opportunities – a way to success” on the base of public educational and health-improving institution of education (PEHIE) “Health-improving camp “Eaglet “of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of Smorgon district executive committee on August 19, 2015. The working meeting was attended by 21 people: representatives of Smorgon and Molodechno primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”, the chairperson of primary organization of Minsk district of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”, the director of PEHIE “Smorgon camp “Eaglet”, specialists of public institutions of Smorgon district.
It was the 4th time when Smorgon primary organization “Light of Hope” of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” carried out a tourism meeting “All the obstacles can be overcame” from 18th to 20th of August,2015. It was attended by 76 people. The base for carrying out meetings is provided by PEHIE “Health-improving camp “Eaglet “of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of Smorgon district executive committee. The camp has been a winner of the annual republican contests for the best summer recreation camp of day and night stay in Belarus in different nominations during last 2 years.
The camp is situated in the ecologically clean area, a picturesque place on the bank of the river Vilia. Acceptable conditions for a good rest of children and young people with disabilities, their parents are created here. Because of this the meeting was attended not only by children and parents from Smorgon primary organization “Light of Hope” of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” but also by other primary organizations of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”. So, this year, the meeting was attended by 16 representatives of Molodechno primary organization “Hope” of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”.
Representatives of Smorgon primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” “Light of Hope” expressed a deep gratitude to all specialists and structures that helped to organize the tourist meeting. They told the participants of the working meeting about much preparatory work that should be carried out to make the tourist meeting successful beginning from finding sponsors and ending with the development of the scenario, drawing up the program of the whole tourist meeting and its separate activities. It is always necessary to be creative and use the creative possibilities of children and parents to make the 3 day meeting interesting for the participants.
After all, they come to the meeting not to stay and be bored in their comfortable houses. They want to communicate and to receive impressions, new meetings and friends, which in everyday life are lacking! Because of this they are looking forward to all the activities that take place during the meeting: sport competitions, contests, games, discotheques and show. Cynologists, soldiers from Smorgon military unit visited children during the previous meeting. This year the children were visited by the professor Voila with his unforgettable show “liquid nitrogen” with different chemical tests and experiments! The participants of the meeting always receive so much impression that are enough for the whole year during which all look forward to the next meeting … and it will certainly take place, in spite of financial crises and other cataclysms!
The participants of the working trip came to the conclusion that the initiative of parents and close inter-agency, inter-sectoral cooperation can become the basis of carrying out such tourist meetings in each region.
We express our gratitude to Danusa Rak, the chairperson of Smorgon primary organization “Light of Hope” of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”, the members of the Board of the organization for their initiative, hot open hearts, everyday hard work for the benefit of children and young people with disabilities, their parents! We hope that the positive experience of carrying out tourist meetings for people with disabilities will be successfully disseminated in other regions of Belarus.

В рамках проекта «Равные возможности – путь к успеху» 19 августа 2015 года на базе государственного воспитательно-оздоровительного учреждения образования (ГВОУО) «Оздоровительный лагерь «Орленок» отдела образования, спорта и туризма Сморгонского райисполкома прошла рабочая встреча по изучению опыта проведения туристических слётов Сморгонской ПО «Огонек надежды» ОО «БелАПДИиМИ». В рабочей встрече приняли участие 21 человек: представители Сморгонской и Молодечненской ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», председатель ПО Минского р-на ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», директор ГВОУО “Сморгонский лагерь “Орлёнок”, специалисты государственных учреждений Сморгонского р-на.
С 18 по 20 августа 2015 г. Сморгонская ПО «Огонек надежды» ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» в 4-й раз проводила туристический слёт «Все преграды преодолимы», в котором приняли участие 76 человек. Базу для проведения слетов предоставляет ГВОУО «Оздоровительный лагерь «Орленок» отдела образования, спорта и туризма Сморгонского райисполкома. В течение 2-х последних лет лагерь является победителем ежегодных Республиканских смотров-конкурсов на лучший оздоровительный лагерь круглосуточного пребывания в Беларуси в разных номинациях.
Лагерь находится в экологически чистой зоне, живописном месте на берегу р. Вилия. Здесь созданы приемлемые условия для полноценного отдыха детей и молодых людей с инвалидностью, их родителей. Поэтому в слете с удовольствием принимают участие ребята и родители не только Сморгонской ПО «Огонек надежды» ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», но и других первичных организаций ОО «БелАПДИиМИ». Так, в этом году, в слете принимали участие 16 представителей Молодечненской ПО «Надежда» ОО «БелАПДИиМИ». 
Представители Сморгонской ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» «Огонек надежды» высказали огромную благодарность всем специалистам и структурам, которые помогли организовать туристический слет. Они рассказали участниками рабочей встречи о том, какая большая подготовительная работа должна быть проведена для того, чтобы туристический слет прошел успешно, начиная от поиска спонсоров и заканчивая разработкой сценария, составлением программы, как всего туристического слета, так и его отдельных мероприятий. Для того, чтобы участникам в течение 3-х дней было интересно, необходимо постоянно проявлять фантазию и выдумку, использовать творческие возможности ребят и родителей. Ведь они приезжают на слет не для того, чтобы сидеть и скучать в уютных домиках. Им хочется общения и впечатлений, новых встреч и друзей, которых в повседневной жизни очень не хватает! Поэтому они с нетерпение ждут всех мероприятий, которые проходят во время слета: спортакиады, конкурсы, игры, дискотеки и шоу. Во время проведения предыдущих слетов в гости к ребятам приезжали кинологи, военнослужащие Сморгонской воинской части. В этом году к ребятам приезжал профессор Вуаля со своим незабываемым шоу «Жидкий азот» в виде различных химических опытов и экспериментов! Впечатлений у участников слета всегда остается так много, что их хватает на целый год, в течение которого все с нетерпением ждут следующий слет… и он, несмотря на финансовые кризисы и другие катаклизмы, обязательно состоится!
Участники рабочей поездки пришли к выводу, что инициатива родителей и тесное межведомственное, межсекторное взаимодействие могут стать основой проведения подобных туристических слетов в каждом регионе.
Мы выражаем благодарность Рак Данусе Дышардовне, председателю Сморгонской первичной организации «Огонек надежды» ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», членам Совета организации за их инициативу, горячие открытые сердца, каждодневный нелегкий труд во благо детей и молодых людей с инвалидностью, их родителей! Надеемся, что положительный опыт по проведению туристических слетов для людей с инвалидностью будет успешно распространяться в других регионах Беларуси.
