10-летняя традиция оздоровления в Дзержинске!
It is the 10th time when Dzerzhinsk primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” has been carrying out recuperation for children and young people having contraindications to sanatorium and resort treatment and their parents on the base of pioneer camp “Friendship” in settlement Energetic in Dzerzhinsk district of Minsk region from the 24th to 28th of August, 2015.
So, staff of the executive bureau, chairpersons of Volozhin primary organization and the primary organization of the Minsk district of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” went to Dzerzhinsk to attend the opening of recuperation shift, to study the experience of its organization and carrying out on August 24, 2015.
Using the experience of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”, Dzerzhinsk primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” was the first who was able to carry out recuperation in their local community with support of local administration. During 3 years recuperation had been carried out at the expense of local budget. But at the present time it is necessary to attract sponsorship funds for carrying out recuperation. Parents also make a little payment.
Thanks to the experience of Dzerzhinsk primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI”, many primary organizations carry out recuperation in their local communities: Slutsk, Logoisk, Vileika, Smorgon. Every year children and parents look forward to the last summer days to meet friends and have fun and a lot of positive impressions. Many thanks to Alla Hubarevich, chairperson of Dzerzhinsk primary organization of NGO “BelAPDIiMI” for her initiative and perseverance, the desire to make lives of children and their parents interesting and varied.
A lot of the most pleasant and amazing events and activities similar to the opening which took place on August 24, just after the arrival of participants, had been carried out during recuperation shifts in the camp “Friendship”. The participants had not even unpacked things, but hurried to the club where capital artists gave performance after the official part and congratulations. Not only children, but also adults took part in performances with pleasure! They played balls with a clown, plunged in soap bubbles, danced and sang together with the artists who were invited to the opening of the recuperation shift by specialists of Dzerzhinsk Territorial Center for Correctional and Development Training and Rehabilitation. Every day, throughout the shift, specialists of Territorial Center for Correctional and Development Training and Rehabilitation and Day Stay Departments for people with disabilities will be in the camp in 1st half of the day to provide consulting support to parents, assistance in preparing and carrying out activities.
Staff of the Executive Bureau has passed to parents and specialists from centers brochure “Ordinary People”, a special literature which is published in NGO “BelAPDIiMI”. Issues of further cooperation and strengthening of inter-agency cooperation for the benefit of children and young people with disabilities and their families were discussed during the meeting.
We hope that, despite the financial crisis and other problems, our primary organizations will be able to attract funds to carry out recuperation shifts that are so necessary for children and parents!
С 24 по 28 августа 2015 г. Дзержинская ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» в 10-й раз проводит оздоровительную смену для детей и молодых людей, имеющих противопоказания к санаторно-курортному лечению и их родителей на базе пионерского лагеря «Дружба» в поселке Энергетик Дзержинского района Минской области.
Поэтому 24 августа 2015 г. сотрудники исполнительного бюро, председатели Воложинской первичной организации и первичной организации Минского р-на ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» выехали в Дзержинск для участия в открытии оздоровительной смены, изучения опыта ее организации и проведения. Используя опыт ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», Дзержинская ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ» была первой, кто смог провести оздоровление в своем местном сообществе при поддержке местной администрации. В течение 3-х лет оздоровление проводилось за счет средств местного бюджета. Но в настоящее время для проведения оздоровления приходится привлекать спонсорские денежные средства. Незначительную сумму оплачивают и родители.
Благодаря опыту Дзержинской ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», многие первичные организации проводят оздоровление в своих местных сообществах: Слуцк, Логойск, Вилейка, Сморгонь. Ежегодно ребята и родители с нетерпением ждут последних летних дней, чтобы встретиться с друзьями и получить удовольствие и массу положительных впечатлений. Поэтому огромное спасибо Алле Брониславовне Губаревич, председателю Дзержинской ПО ОО «БелАПДИиМИ», за ее инициативу и настойчивость, желание сделать жизнь ребят и родителей интересной и разнообразной.
Во время оздоровительных смен в «Дружбе» происходит много самых приятных и удивительных событий и мероприятий, похожих на открытие, которое состоялось 24 августа, сразу после приезда участников. Даже не разобрав вещи, все спешили в клуб, где после торжественной части и поздравлений, выступали столичные артисты. Не только ребята, но и взрослые, с удовольствием принимали участие в выступлениях! Они играли мячами с клоуном, погружались в мыльные пузыри, танцевали и пели вместе с артистами, которых для открытия оздоровительной смены пригласили специалисты Дзержинского ЦКРОиР. 
Ежедневно, на протяжение всей смены, специалисты ЦКРОиР и ОДПИ в 1-й половине дня будут находиться в лагере, чтобы оказывать консультационную поддержку родителям, помощь в подготовке и проведении мероприятий.
Сотрудники исполнительного бюро передали родителям и специалистам центров брошюру «Обычные люди», специальную литературу, которая издается в ОО «БелАПДИиМИ». Во время встречи обсуждались вопросы дальнейшего сотрудничества и укрепления межведомственного взаимодействия во благо детей и молодых людей с инвалидностью, их семей.
Надеемся, что, несмотря на финансовый кризис и другие проблемы, наши первичные организации смогут привлекать средства для проведения оздоровительных смен, которые так необходимы ребятам и родителям!
